The 76ers are one of 22 teams scheduled to play eight more regular-season games in Orlando, Florida at Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Games will start on July 31 and the playoffs are expected to begin in August.

Brussels and London pledged Friday to step up the pace of Brexit trade talks to try to strike a deal by the end of October, after the latest round of negotiations ended with no major breakthrough. EU chief negotiator Michel Barnier accused Britain of backtracking on divorce terms agreed last year as he reported "no significant progress" in four days of talks held by videolink because of coronavirus. The former French minister set an October 31 deadline to reach an agreement on future EU-UK ties, to give time for it to be ratified before the end of the year.
British-based luxury carmaker Bentley Motors plans to slash up to 1,000 jobs – nearly a quarter of its workforce – as the covid-19 pandemic has sapped demand. Bentley offered its staff at its headquarters in Crewe, Cheshire the chance to take voluntary redundancy. The company said it has to "significantly reduce the size of the organization through a voluntary release program" and that it "cannot rule out future compulsory redundancies."
Manchester United still has several players on their radar, but it appears a big one may be off the table soon. James Maddison has been frequently linked to a move to Old Trafford, but all the talks could be coming to an abrupt end. Leicester City reportedly plans to restart talks with the English football player, who could end up doubling his weekly pay of around $190,000. With heftier numbers, the Red Devils may be forced to pass and move on to their next targets.

The superstar has missed the entire season, but the league’s hiatus during the coronavirus pandemic could potentially allow him to make his debut with the Brooklyn Nets before this year’s playoffs.
The United States regained 2.5 million jobs in May and the unemployment rate dropped as coronavirus pandemic shutdowns began to ease, raising hopes the economy could recover from the crisis sooner than expected. The 23-year-old defender is believed to be heading to Chelsea although big money is needed to make it happen. However, there are also added reports that the Blues have already given up hope of getting Chilwell, likely due to the financial crunch brought in by the COVID-19 pandemic.
