November 19, 2019 (JUBA) - A contingent of 240 Chinese peacekeepers left Zhangjiakou, a city in China's Hebei Province, for South Sudan Tuesday on a one-year mission. November 18, 2019 (WASHINGTON) – The African Union's Commissioner for Peace and Security, Smail Chergui on Friday said South Sudanese leaders had the "last chance" to implement the peace deal and form a unity government.
