The Social Integration Fund managed by Zaiga Pūce, who is the wife of Latvian Environment Protection and Regional Development Minister Juris Pūce, has allocated financial support to reduce negative consequences from COVID-19 to the so-called Aivars Lembergs’ controlled newspaper Ventspils Balss .
