The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (``Commission'' or ``CFTC'') is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed renewal of a collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (``PRA''), Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposed extension of an existing collection of information, and to allow 60 days for public comment. This notice solicits comments on reporting and recordkeeping requirements relating to information management requirements for derivatives clearing organizations.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is proposing to reclassify non-invasive bone growth stimulators, postamendments class III devices (product codes LOF and LPQ), into class II (special controls), subject to premarket notification. FDA is also proposing a new device classification with the name ``non-invasive bone growth stimulators'' along with the proposed special controls that the Agency believes are necessary to provide a reasonable assurance of safety and effectiveness of these devices. FDA is proposing this reclassification on its own initiative. The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd. & Co KG (RRD) Trent XWB-75, Trent XWB-79, Trent XWB-79B, and Trent XWB-84 model turbofan engines. This AD was prompted by reports of a lack of weld fusion on the resistance welding during manufacturing, which could result in air leakage through the low-pressure turbine (LPT) rear support seal panel assembly (``LPT seal panel''). This AD requires replacement of the LPT seal panel. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
