La violencia contra defensoras no ha parado y como ejemplo, dijo, el pasado 25 de marzo fue asesinada Eulodia Lilia Díaz Ortiz, integrante del Consejo Indígena del Trueque (CIT), en el Estado de México; y el 23 de enero fue asesinada Estelina López Gómez, defensora del derecho a la tierra en Chiapas.
