Supported Browsers

We have analyzed a variety of browsers used to access SinglePoint, and have thoroughly tested the most commonly used browsers/versions to confirm that the portal service runs properly.

The list of supported browsers is as follows:

 Microsoft Internet Explorer v 11.0  as well as the most recent versions of the following browsers:

 Microsoft Edge     Mozilla Firefox       Chrome       Safari 

Enable Pop-Ups & JavaScript

How do I enable pop-ups and JavaScript so that I can access reports?

Each browser has its own instructions on how to enable pop-ups and JavaScript. Please check below for the browser & version of your choice. If you use a browser that we do not support, please contact the browser's support team directly.

 

Internet Explorer

To enable pop-ups within Internet Explorer 11.0:

1. Click the Tools  button, and then click Internet Options.
2. Click the Privacy tab at the top of the Internet Options window that pops up.
3. In the Pop-up Blocker section, select the Settings... button.
4. Under Address of Web site to allow: type https://millie.northernlight.com
5. Click the Add button. Then click Close.
6 Deselect the Turn on Pop-up Blocker.
7. Click the OK button at the bottom of the Internet Options window.


If you are using a third party pop-up blocking software, please consult that software’s help section for instructions.


To enable JavaScript within Internet Explorer 11.0:

1. Click the Tools  button, and then click Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab at the top of the Internet Options window that pops up.
3. From the list of zones at the top of the Security options select the Internet icon.
4. Select the button near the bottom that reads Custom Level.
5. In the new window that pops up, scroll down to the item that reads Active Scripting.
6. Select the option marked Enable.
7. Click the OK button at the bottom of the Security Settings window.
8. Click the OK button at the bottom of the Internet Options window.

 

Microsoft Edge

To enable pop-ups with Microsoft Edge

1. Click the “More actions” button  in the top right hand corner of the browser window.
2. Click on the Settings item in the drop-down menu.
3. Click the View advanced settings button under the Advanced settings heading.
4. Click on the Block pop-ups button to change status from on  to off , and enable popups
5. Exit Settings

Please note: In Microsoft Edge browser, popups can be enable/disabled, but Trusted websites cannot be added as with other browsers.

To enable Javascript within Microsoft Edge:

Please note: Javascript is supported by Windows 10; however, it is not supported by Microsoft Edge.

 

Mozilla Firefox

To enable pop-ups within Mozilla Firefox:

1. From the Settings menu  select Options.
2. Click Content panel.
3. Select Block pop-up windows check box and select Exceptions button.
4. Under Address of web site: type https://millie.northernlight.com and select Allow button.
5. Click the Close button at the bottom of the Allowed Sites - Popups window.
6. Click the OK button at the bottom of the Options window.

To enable JavaScript within Mozilla Firefox:

1. By default, Firefox enables the use of JavaScript and requires no additional installation.

 

Chrome

To enable pop-ups within Chrome:

1. Click on the  icon at the top-right in the browser window.
2. Click on the Settings item in the drop-down menu.
3. Click on the Show advanced settings link at the bottom.
4. In the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.
5. Scroll down to find Pop-ups section.
6. Click on the Manage exceptions button.
7. In the Hostname pattern field, type https://millie.northernlight.com
8. From the Behavior drop-down menu select Allow and click Done
9. Click Done in the Content settings window

To enable JavaScript within Chrome:

1. Click on the  icon at the top-right in the browser window.
2. Click on the Settings item in the drop-down menu.
3. Click on the Show advanced settings link at the bottom.
4. In the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.
5. In the JavaScript section click on the Manage exceptions button.
6. In the Hostname pattern field, type https://millie.northernlight.com
7. From the Behavior drop-down menu select Allow and click Done
8. Click Done in the Content settings window

 

Safari

To enable pop-ups within Safari:

1. Open Safari and select Preferences from the Safari menu. (upper left of page)
2. Select the Security icon/tab at the top on the window.
3. Uncheck the Block Pop-Up Windows on the pull-down menu.
4. Close the window to save your changes.
5. Refresh your browser.


To enable JavaScript within Safari:

1. Open Safari and select Preferences from the Safari menu. (upper left of page)
2. Select the Security icon/tab at the top on the window.
3. Then, check the Enable JavaScript checkbox.
4. Close the window to save your changes.
5. Refresh your browser.
